Reminder of Stage 2 Curtailment

May 18, 2026

As summer approaches more cabins are being used which means more water is being used. Mt Lemmon Water would like to remind everyone we are still in Stage 2 restrictions.

Under Stage 2, the District will request that our customers voluntarily reduce water consumption. Please curtail the following uses:

·Irrigation of outdoor lawns, trees, shrubs, or any plant life ·Washing of any vehicle, laundering of clothes ·The use of water for dust control or any outdoor cleaning uses ·The use of drip irrigation or misting systems of any kind ·The filling of storage tanks, spas, fountains or ornamental pools ·The use of construction water ·Any other water intensive activity, tank filling, customer leaks

This voluntarily conservation of our water resources usually prevents entering Stage 3. Cooperation and conservation help manage water availability to all our customers.

Here is the link explaining all the diffrent curtailment stages https://mtlemmonwater.org/documents/1735/Curtailment_Plan__July_2025.pdf
